Good question. I'm not sure, I'll check when I get back into the office tomorrow.

thanks, that would be a great help. i have a few maps that i would like to use in autocad, but although some claim they can be imported, i cant get it to work and i dont want to spend on autocad map 3d just to use it as a gml-dxf converter. Thanks again

Well, meloe1, I am afraid that my conclusion is that you're out of luck.

I've got AutoCAD Architecture open right now and all through the menus and the help files, there is no gml.

The filetypes supported for import are:

WMF—Windows metafile (see WMFIN)
SAT—ACIS solid object file (see ACISIN)
3DS—3D Studio file (see 3DSIN)
V8 DGN—MicroStation DGN file (see DGNIMPORT)

There are a few things about MAP that I miss, one of which is the great cleanup tools, the other is the wider range of filetypes it can work with.

Good luck with finding a solution.
