This blog was begun because of my love for data, AutoCAD and Revit for MEP, and finding an easy way to share articles and resources with local users. AUGI - joined at AU2001. Spent over six years serving as an Officer on the Board of Directors, still run the Annual Salary Survey as well as serve as a website and forum administrator. With regard to enterprise IWMS/CAFM/CMMS, I have served as a technician, system specialist, system administrator, solutions architect, solutions consultant, and project manager for the following applications; MP2, FMDesktop, IBM Maximo, Archibus, FM:Systems FMInteract, Tririga, MRI CenterStone, Planon, and Autodesk Tandem.
